Seqoya to create a prime residential development fund.

We are very excited to announce we are in the process of formalizing our Seqoya Prime 1 investment fund structure, with the aim of raising investment capital for property development within the central London prime residential market.
The close ended fund aims to raise circa £50 million pounds of equity, with the fund being leveraged by 60% (debt/equity).

Seqoya wins the Bloomberg International Property Awards “5 Star Best Apartment” London, UK.

We are all extremely thrilled to have won this “Oscar of property awards”. Despite the fierce competition, our commitment to the pursuit of creating exceptional luxury homes has once again been recognized.
We take a lot of pride in every development we do as this is truly the only way to produce properties that stand out from the rest. The awards event held at the Lancaster Hotel in London was very well attended and the evening Gala celebration was quite a memorable event.
We look forward to hopefully winning another award for our next scheme.

Launch of Hollycroft Avenue, London.

Having completed Hollycroft Avenue, we held a very successful launch party at the apartment with Champagne and canapés for everyone. All 150 who attended were very impressed by the quality of the finish and the warm, luxurious and contemporary look and feel of the apartment.
Despite the launch party being held during a very tough period in the property market, following the launch we received a lot of interest and had several offers immediately from potential buyers. The success of the development was demonstrated by the quick sale achieved (3 days), at above the asking price. The apartment broke the record for prices on the Street by achieving 25% more per square foot than had previously been achieved.

Planning Permission for The Penthouses, Queens Court, London is approved.

We were absolutely delighted to have gained planning consent for our scheme of two duplex penthouses at Queens Court in St Johns Wood London. We also received compliments from the planning sub committee including one from Councillor Fleurie who said “warmest congratulations for a well balanced design and the copper cladding was a nice addition. We have been given no option but to accept the scheme”
We take great pride in our ability to take a scheme through the planning process and be successful in receiving approval. The result shows that we have succeeded in our ability to correctly assess planning potential, to ensure we achieved our goal of getting the most planning potential for this exciting scheme.
